Better live it up! haha.

Today marks one year from our wedding! Couldn't be more excited. Can't belive I have been engaged for 5 months already, my how time flies.

I currently have these things figured out and am planning to keep checking things off the list so I can enjoy my summer next year and not have tons to do!

• Groom- check (unless he acts up, or escapes to Mexico in the meantime, which he has been threatening haha)
• Venue- check (going to checkout again tomorrow, yes it is a barn, and yes I am probably now a hick)
• Wedding dress- check (some say I got it so early, I say check and I'm lucky/on top of my shit)
• Photographer- check (thanks Jenty and Jason)
• Caterer- check (You bet your ass there will be BBQ at the Kuzmick/Stokke wedding)
• Hair/makeup artist- check
• Bridesmaids dresses- pending

Things I have learned thus far:

Don't ask people questions/opinions to things you don't really want answers to... the same rule that applies to not asking if these pants make my ass look fat.

Don't try to wedding plan on the week of hormonal imbalance--(Brian just gets way to emo and freaks out about the little things haha)

Oh bother

Since I am not quite ready to talk ferry or work or basically about people I am just going to generalize and rant and rave about random things. Since I am Polly, poitive Polly that is, I will start with things that I appreciate today then we will get on to the other business.



Today I appreciate:



Gloria Estefan-- for her song Conga! I didn't say these had to be legit things...but today I like this song because it makes me want to dance.



A healthy (well getting there) body that got me through my 4 mile run at lunchie!



I love emergency...the vitamin drink. Thought I was getting sick, but thanks to atleast 6 cups of that I may be fighting off a bug.



Things that I don't necessarily appreciate or that I am curios about:



If it it socially excetpable to walk up to people who wear those face masks and ask them exactly why they are making use of the SARS or fume masks...ya I went there. It freaks me out at times.



If you are passing someone in the hall at work lets say... and they say "hey how are you?" What is the most common response...or maybe now it's just a social norm-- oh that's right they say oh good, or if they are "politically correct" they say "doing well"-which also ircks me and makes me feel dumb haha. But there are those few exceptions that think that in passing I want to hear exactly how shitty their day is going. Oh I'm stressed, oh it's so busy, it's just miserable...

Those people I will pass and look at the ground from now on, because I am just trying to be nice in the first place, not
